Have you not looked elsewhere for a cure? Or tried capturing those who have turned until you can find a method to protect those who have not? Believe me, I understand the threat of Daedra worship more than most, but Hircine's hunters are well-known to spread the illness to entirely innocent men. Men who should be pitied-- feared, perhaps, but not hated.
