I think most people are merely focused on trying to stay alive- an admirable goal, of course. But you're right, we do need to focus more of our energies on freeing ourselves from this nightmare.

Sort of. I found a rudimentary first aid kit while exploring this house and decided to set up shop here, as it were. Other people have brought me supplies they've found. Medication bottles, the occasional role of bandages... most of the bottles were already half empty, but it's better than nothing. I've already had to start tapping into my- sadly very limited- knowledge of natural remedies, and how to use the plants and herbs people harvest when exploring the woods.
