[Can she... uh, tell what size the footprint is, and whether or not it's human or one of us animal folks?]

[Hmm yes, that's very helpful information. We are such a good detective.

Is there anything else we can find by poking at Hux with our trusty corpse-touching stick?]

[Well by poking? Probably not. But she might y'know. Notice the blood staining his clothing on his abdomen that suspiciously looks like it's from a wound and not just from the blood he's currently laying around in.]

[What if, crazy idea yes but stay with me here... she pokes at his clothing around his abdomen with the stick to try to move it out of the way so that she can see the wound...]

[Well that stick certainly does push his shirt up and out of the way!

It looks like he's been stabbed in the left side of his abdomen, but by something a little more blunt than a blade. The wound is kind of wide for what you'd expect and torn around the edges. Three guesses on what he was stabbed with.]

[... A really sharp rock? Something that one of the other investigators found in their thread? Whatever it was that he had jammed up his backside when you spoke to him? Mae has no fucking idea, my dude.]

[It's probably the last one.

Other than that, Mae will also notice bruises on his body just y'know. While she's got that shirt up showing off his abs or whatever.

They're kind of low on the body, though. None of them higher than 5' feet up on his tall, pale-ass body.]

Maybe I'm not the only short person he picked a fight with recently? In which case he absolutely deserves this, the tall asshole.
